Varian #8 2.5 Inch Stinger Hook

This stinger hook accessory is designed to significantly boost hooking percentages when targeting light-biting fish such as walleyes, saugers, and other gamefish. By increasing strike-to-hook ratios by 30 to 50 percent or more, it helps anglers land more fish in challenging conditions.

Featuring a rubber-coated loop end, it easily slips over most hooks for quick rigging. The stinger can be secured by hooking one treble tine into the bait, or left to swing freely for added effectiveness when fish are striking short.

Best suited for jigging over clean bottoms, this setup is not recommended for use in heavy vegetation, moss, or snag-prone areas.
